Routine vision care services are offered to all patients at the Comprehensive Eye Center at UCSF. This service of the Beckman Vision Center is conveniently located near other primary care providers in the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) and also in the Optical Dispensary.

Here, we offer adult examinations, eyeglass prescriptions, contact lens services, optical dispensing, and management of eye diseases by professionals experienced in comprehensive eye care.

Referral to Special Services is readily available as needed. Patients may be self-referred and obtain services through their vision care or health plans. Visits are by appointment only but 24 hour emergency service is available.
